How do I receive my messages?
You can receive your messages by text, email, fax or a call. However outgoing calls counts againt your usage. You can also view and acknowledge your messages on the 24/7 secure client portal.
Do I have to sign a yearly contract?
Absolutely not. We offer month-to-month options, as well as the ability to switch plans when and if applicable. Our answering services and related add-on services are bundled and customized to fit your budget, your needs and the way you do business.
Do I need to change my business phone number when I sign up with Answering Service Care?
No. Our clients can keep all of their existing phone numbers even after they have begun service with us. All you have to do is forward your existing business phone number to the answering service.
How is Usage calculated?
We account for our entire infrastructure when tracking usage; from the inception of the call in our systems through its completion. Usage is calculated in whole minutes.
What is Usage Allowance?
Each answering service plan includes a usage allowance. This usage allowance is the number of minutes that are included with your service plan. If the allowance is exceeded, additional charges would apply.
Can I forward my calls to my cell phone or other phone number?
Yes, absolutely. We offer a range of call forwarding services, and depending upon the specifics of your situation, we can recommend the best option for you. Just ask!
